stopObserving

Removes a listener from a key so it stops receiving that key's value changes.

Removal is local and always succeeds, with no error reported — including before the meeting is joined, after it has left and while it is RECONNECTING. When the last listener for a key is removed, the server is also told to stop sending updates for that key; that request needs an active meeting and is skipped silently otherwise. A listener that is not observing the key is ignored.
